All bookings must be out at appointed time with studio returned to it's original condition.
Please factor in set up and clean up in your booking times.
BUSINESS HOURS: Monday - Friday: 9am - 10pm
Saturday: 10am - 6pm with a three hour minimum
Sunday: 10am - 5pm with a three hour minimum
(extra $10/hr charge on Sundays)
(any booking before or after working hours is considered Overtime).
Payment: We accept cash, checks , Visa, MC, AMEX. Credit card required to hold reservations.
Filming/Production There are different rates for filming/production - please call for a quote.
Cancellation/Refund policy: - For a single day booking you must talk with a staff member 72 hours before the first hour of booking to avoid being charged or to receive a refund. Signed contracts override any cancellation policies. - For multiple day bookings - you must talk to a staff member 15 days before the first hour of booking to avoid being charged or to receive a refund.
Please do not leave a message to make a cancellation - it will not be considered notice.
The above policy applies to changing times and/or days also.
All payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Payments not received within 15 days after the first day of booking will be considered past due and late charges will be added.
We recommend a total buyout if you are going to need quiet space for your audition/rehearsal. We can not project who will be sharing the space with you.
There are no credits issued for unused time (leaving early).
